Role Overview
- You analyze financial, customer, and market data and derive well-founded recommendations for action.
- Market and potential analyses are part of your responsibilities — you identify opportunities, risks, and growth areas.
- You prepare structured, purpose-driven reports and presentations for management.
- You work closely with local management and stakeholders to implement and further develop group-wide standards and processes.
- You support the introduction and use of controlling tools and further develop existing control instruments and KPIs.
- In addition, you actively contribute to process optimization and improving data quality.
Requirements
- You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.
- Initial professional experience in a similar role or within a corporate environment is advantageous but not required.
- You are proficient and confident with MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- You are able to work independently, think proactively and have a hands-on mentality.
- You are communicative, service-oriented and comfortable working in intercultural teams.
- Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
