Role Overview
Generate data-driven insights to fuel global expansion.
Influence strategic decisions by analyzing market, customer, and buyer dynamics.
Identify new revenue streams and optimize market positioning.
Deliver actionable intelligence to empower sales and product teams.
Produce regular market and competitive landscape reports.
Manage the Win Loss program and analyze Salesforce CRM data.
Support Product Marketing with buyer persona profiles and competitor insights.
Create and maintain competitive assets for sales teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, strategy consulting, or product marketing in a B2B environment.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and the ability to interpret financial data (income, balance sheet, regulatory filings) to assess competitor financial health.
Proficiency in CRM data analysis (Salesforce or similar) with the ability to visualize win loss trends.
Experience with quantitative survey design (Qualtrics) and statistical analysis methods (Minitab, R, Python) is preferred.
Demonstrated skill in using Generative AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) to accelerate research and synthesis.
Experience managing or using Competitive Intelligence platforms (e.g., Crayon, Klue) and Win Loss platforms (e.g., Clozd, Klue, Primary Intelligence) is highly preferred.
Experience managing brand health tracking programs and conducting deep secondary research using analyst reports (e.g., Gartner, IDC).
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear documentation for Sales and Product Management teams.
SCIP (Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals) and/or PMA (Product Marketing Alliance) certification is a plus.
