Prospect, evaluate, and credential mechanical, electrical, bodywork, and paint repair shops.
Perform document validation and compliance checks, ensuring suppliers meet legal and contractual requirements.
Negotiate commercial terms for labor, parts, and payment schedules.
Monitor performance indicators of accredited workshops (SLA, average repair time, quality).
Prepare reports and cost analyses, proposing efficiency improvements and cost-reduction measures.
Support internal teams (Expansion, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance) in contract management and formalization.
Contribute to process standardization and expansion of the service provider network.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience in supplier management, automotive maintenance, or service procurement.
Knowledge of fleet management and maintenance processes.
Strong negotiation skills, ability to analyze KPIs, and experience managing third-party providers.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Basic knowledge of SQL.
