Partner with cross-functional directors and stakeholders to determine the executability of long-term strategies, ensuring high-level resourcing and funding align with functional business goals.
Ensure all reengineered business processes and newly implemented information technologies comply with organizational standards, global regulatory policies, and Iron Mountain safety protocols.

10+ years of experience in business process reengineering, change management, or operational leadership within a global corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of benchmarking best practices and the application of Artificial Intelligence and automation technologies to support complex business systems.
Proven ability in financial and operating performance management, with a track record of translating visionary concepts into scalable, funded strategies.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; a Master of Business Administration or Lean Six Sigma certification is highly preferred.
