About this role
Role Overview
Provide advice and support to leaders regarding the execution of FINRA’s culture and employee engagement
Partner with the Director of Employee Experience to design and facilitate strategic initiatives
Serve as program manager for CommUnity@FINRA
Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
Develop and present metrics for stakeholders to monitor the employee experience
Collaborate with various internal departments for aligned communications
Consistent demonstration of FINRA’s values
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required; Masters degree a plus
A minimum of seven years experience working cross-functionally and cross-organizationally
Developing and managing complex projects and programs
Delivering presentations/training and facilitating group sessions
Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (oral and written)
Expert in the use of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
