Role Overview
- Provide advice and support to leaders regarding the execution of FINRA’s culture and employee engagement
- Partner with the Director of Employee Experience to design and facilitate strategic initiatives
- Serve as program manager for CommUnity@FINRA
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
- Develop and present metrics for stakeholders to monitor the employee experience
- Collaborate with various internal departments for aligned communications
- Consistent demonstration of FINRA’s values
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required; Masters degree a plus
- A minimum of seven years experience working cross-functionally and cross-organizationally
- Developing and managing complex projects and programs
- Delivering presentations/training and facilitating group sessions
- Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (oral and written)
- Expert in the use of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
