Role Overview
- Evaluate and identify growth opportunities by building analyses and models
- Own and evolve key Rhythm of Business (RoB) reporting
- Influence product and business strategy by synthesizing customer insights
- Lead and program manage cross-functional initiatives
- Monitor initiative performance and recommend data-driven actions
- Prepare executive-ready presentations and memos
- Respond to high-priority leadership asks with structured analyses
- Help refine operating rhythms for accountability and improvement
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience, including management consulting, investment banking, or tech
- Highly analytical with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Proven ability to own end-to-end projects or programs
- Strong communicator who can synthesize complex data into clear narratives
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Analytics
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Familiarity with BI tools and experience with SQL or large datasets is a plus
- Experience in sales operations, sales strategy, revenue operations, or analytics-focused roles is a plus
