Lead end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio, from job briefing and search strategy through to offer and onboarding, acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders
Develop and execute targeted direct sourcing strategies for niche and hard to find talent
Partner with regional Talent Acquisition teams to deliver hiring across multiple locations and geographies
Acting as a market expert, providing insight and advice on talent availability, sourcing approaches and hiring risks
Deliver a high-quality, inclusive and engaging experience for candidates and stakeholders at every stage.

Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment, ideally supporting Finance, Risk & Compliance and/or Technology & Operations portfolios
Strong capability in direct sourcing, including proactive search and pipeline development
Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions
Comfort working across multiple roles, priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to candidate experience and inclusion
Organisation skills and the ability to prioritise, multi-task and work at pace to deliver against tight deadlines.
