Regional Account Manager, Neurology

Role Overview

• Manages and develops long-term relationships with assigned physicians, extended prescribers, and other customers
• Achieves or exceeds sales objectives in assigned territory
• Creates, maintains, and executes strategic account-specific business plans
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders
• Handle customer questions and objections
• Develops and maintains in-depth disease and therapeutic clinical knowledge
• Demonstrates high competence in educating on the disease’s diagnostic approach
• Proven ability to navigate complex hospital settings
• Appropriately utilizes all marketing tools and resources
• Leads the implementation for patient-centric partnerships
• Executes local disease education and promotional programs
• Provides a high level of product expertise and customer service
• Tracks activities and submits reports on sales activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Proven documented track record of delivering consistent “Top-tier” sales results
• 5 years pharmaceutical sales or Equivalent Experience (e.g., Biotech or Medical Device)
• Neurology experience strongly preferred
• Ability to travel within territory on a regular basis which will include frequent overnight and weekend travel
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
