- Recruit, hire and train employees
- Develop and manage site cleanliness and organization
- Schedule employees within Company guidelines
- Promote excellent service and resolve customer complaints
- Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in retail sales preferred
- Ability to supervise and manage store staff
- A valid driver’s license and adequate transportation to/from bank
- Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English
