Requirements
4–5+ years in B2B content marketing, brand marketing, creator/influencer marketing, or lifecycle/email marketing
Proven ownership of at least 2 marketing channels simultaneously — not one narrow slice of a large team
Exceptional writing — a CEO LinkedIn post, a 20-page playbook, and a creator brief can all ship in the same day and each feels distinct
AI automation for content — you use Claude, Manus, or similar tools daily and have built automations that systematize content production at scale, not just assist with individual tasks
Experience managing external partners (creators, agencies, freelancers) and getting great work out of them
KPI ownership — you're not just shipping content, you're tracking what it does and adjusting
Email marketing and lifecycle chops — CustomerIO (or equivalent CRM/CDP), segmentation, and connecting email strategy to the broader content playbook
Community growth experience — building partnerships with newsletters, podcasts, and communities in your category.
