About this role
Role Overview
- Maintain and develop long-term, trust-based commercial relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and end customers
- Prospect and identify customer needs
- Negotiate prices and lead times
- Define sales targets in alignment with the Service Manager and the group’s strategy
- Ensure revenue and margin growth for the territory
- Acquire new customers to increase market share
- Report field information to the Industrial Sales Director
Requirements
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Technical Sales or Business School
- Essential knowledge of mechanics and electrical systems
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus
- Sales experience in the relevant industry
- Experience working in a multicultural environment (primarily France-Germany-Hungary)
