Requirements
Proven leadership experience managing large, diverse engineering teams, including QA, DevOps, Development and BI Teams.
Deep knowledge of modern software development, architecture, DevOps practices, and quality assurance methodologies.
Familiarity with development services, including design systems, frameworks, and integrations.
Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire teams to innovate and excel.
Strategic thinker with a history of translating vision into actionable engineering plans.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in the Casino Industry would be considered an asset.
10+ years of experience in software development leadership roles, with a proven track record of scaling teams and delivering complex software solutions.
