Act as the main point of contact with the client throughout the project lifecycle;
Analyse project scope, timelines, and costs in detail;
Develop and implement the project management plan;
Identify, assess, and manage risks, maintaining a risk mitigation plan;
Coordinate internal and external resources, including subcontractors;
Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget;
Plan and oversee internal orders and purchase requests;
Record lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle;
Ensure deadlines are met, implementing corrective actions when necessary;
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction;
Implement quality management practices to ensure high-standard delivery.

University degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Management, or a related field;
Proven experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in complex projects;
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
Ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects within defined deadlines and budgets;
Practical experience with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban);
Fluency in English (written and spoken) for effective communication with international teams.
