Managing onboarding and providing tailored demonstrations alongside Sales/Pre-sales.
Translating real-world legal needs into technical requirements.
Facilitating feedback loops with engineers to improve platform accuracy and usability.
Identifying patterns in daily legal tasks to determine which processes can be optimized or automated.
Work closely with Sales/ Pre-sales, Customer Success Lead and Product team to maximize platform value, adoption, customer experience and the renewal process.
Requirements
5-8 years PQE in a law firm and / or in house roles
Deep expertise in Commercial Real Estate law
Based in Sydney or willing to move to Sydney
Demonstrate skills and passion for innovation in law
Ideally exposure in the roll out or adoption of legal tech / AI within legal teams
Ability to thrive in a start up environment which is fast paced and sometimes ambiguous
