Provide financial leadership, planning, forecasting, and decision support to improve business performance
Support Sales through analysis tied to revenue performance, including design wins, go-to-market investments, sales productivity, and growth initiatives
Partner closely with functional executives to provide actionable financial insights and evaluate investments
Lead and develop a team of financial analysts
Requirements
B.S. degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred
15+ years of related experience, including 8+ years leading FP&A teams in a complex, global environment
Strong finance business partnering experience supporting senior leaders and corporate functions
Proven expertise in financial planning, forecasting, modeling, and business analysis
Experience supporting Sales organizations, including analysis related to revenue drivers, design wins, and growth investments
Demonstrated people leadership experience, including managing and developing financial analysts
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making
Semiconductor industry experience and strong business acumen preferred
