Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
8+ professional related experience/ proficiency, 2+ management; or 6 + years and a Master’s / Advanced degree, 1+ year management; or equivalent work experience
Proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets
Inside sales experience in financial services, SaaS or B2B technology
Understanding of the sales funnel / process and sales metrics
Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce
Experience with sales enablement technologies like 6Sense, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Marketo
Data analysis and reporting capabilities
Strong leadership and team-building abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities

Experience in creating and developing sales messaging and scripting
