Supporting Zscaler’s Go-To-Market (GTM) growth by focusing on strategic projects and operational efficiencies.
Partner with senior leadership to define and execute go-to-market strategies and resource plans tailored to the EMEA GTM organization.
Define and deliver key business analytics and metrics packages to internal stakeholders.
Facilitate key business meetings, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, renewal, customer success and quarterly business reviews, providing key insights and outcomes.
Annual planning for GTM including quota, territory, HC planning, cross functional support etc.
Develop key strategic insights to drive efficiencies across the GTM organization.
Requirements
Minimum of 6 years of relevant Sales Operations experience is required.
Strong business acumen and ability to drive clear insights on business problems
Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Excellent communication skills, written, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required.
Software/SaaS Industry experience is desirable, but not required
