About this role
Role Overview
Develop and execute sales strategies specifically tailored to the fragrance and cosmetics market
Identify growth opportunities across retail, wholesale, and distributor channels
Expand brand presence in key markets, including GCC, MENA, and international regions
Manage and expand relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts in the fragrance sector
Oversee performance of retail outlets, perfumery chains, and online sales channels
Work closely with marketing on fragrance launches, pricing strategies, and promotions
Build and maintain relationships with major clients, distributors, and partners
Set and monitor sales targets across regions and channels
Lead and develop the sales team across different markets
Monitor fragrance industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum 8–10 years of sales experience, preferably within the fragrance, cosmetics, or FMCG industry
Strong network within the perfume and beauty industry is highly preferred
Proven track record in managing distributors and expanding regional markets
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
Strong understanding of branding, retail, and consumer behaviour in the fragrance market
Fluent in English and Arabic.
