Role Overview
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand growth goals
- Generate creative concepts based on trends, audience insights, and platform performance
- Write compelling scripts and content outlines for short-form and long-form video
- Capture high-quality video content in-office, on-site, and during travel when required
- Edit professional-level video content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Manage and maintain content calendars and posting schedules
- Publish content and support day-to-day social media management
- Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and quality across all content
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to translate ideas into engaging, high-performing content
Requirements
- Proven experience shooting and editing video content (portfolio required)
- Hands-on experience managing and publishing content across social media platforms
- Strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and audience engagement strategies
- Ability to independently develop creative concepts and scripts
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
