About this role
Role Overview
Building and managing a qualified sales pipeline (private banks, asset managers and family offices)
Leading the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature
Developing strategic partnerships to accelerate market access and deal flow through networking, events, outreach, and referrals
Coordinating RFI/RFP responses and proposals
Contributing to Finartis go-to-market strategy
Identifying new markets and growth opportunities
Operate in a collaborative sales model, where you lead opportunities while working closely with Pre-Sales & Product Experts and management
Requirements
5+ years in B2B software sales (WealthTech / FinTech preferred)
Proven ability to manage complex and long sales cycles
Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
Ability to structure opportunities and drive deals
Strong relationship-building with C-level stakeholders
Experience in partner development is a plus
Structured, disciplined, and results-driven
Entrepreneurial and proactive
Strong ownership and accountability
Comfortable working in a collaborative and international environment
