Support building a profitable and competitive future for Ford's Large SUV lineup
Play a central part in delivering Ford's Cost and Quality objectives for upcoming vehicle programs
Collaborate closely with partners across Product Development, including Cost Estimating, Engineering, Purchasing, and Powertrain
Provide critical financial guidance, develop business cases, and ensure accurate reporting of material costs and investment
Act as the Controller for assigned areas, influencing key decisions that shape vehicle program success.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
Finance Background with strong analytical skills
Must be proficient in Excel, with knowledge of pivot tables and additional knowledge on advanced Excel functions
Previous Product Development (PD) experience preferred, but not required
Innovative Mindset / Strategic Thinking Analytical Skills – Ability to collect and quickly analyze data
Teamwork – Superior collaborator, capable of leveraging thought leaders within Product Development as well as building cross-functional relationships across the PD Finance Program Teams
Outstanding oral and written presentation skills; ability to influence.
