You manage and develop our influencer marketing both operationally and strategically.
You identify relevant creators and build reliable relationships.
You create briefs and oversee content production.
You connect influencer activities with affiliate structures.
You analyze the performance of your initiatives and derive data-driven optimizations.
You work closely with Marketing, Content, Design and the Shop teams.
You manage your budget independently.

Several years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally in a D2C or e‑commerce environment
Additional experience in affiliate marketing is essential
Confident use of affiliate tools and networks (e.g. AWIN, Goaffpro or similar)
Strong instinct for creators, trends and target audiences
Understanding of how to translate influencer marketing into performance-based models
Excellent communication skills and tact in dealing with creators and partners
Solid understanding of relevant KPIs and data-driven optimization
Structured, independent working style and strong organizational skills
Ideally experience in industries such as health, supplements, food or beauty
Very good German skills (at least C1).
