About this role
Role Overview
Central responsibility for supporting and developing internal tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, Jira, Confluence, Dropbox, SharePoint, Easybill and many more.
Analyze, automate and document processes – e.g., using Make.com or native tool integrations.
Optimize internal workflows through cross-tool logic, automations & clear ownership.
Collaborate with all teams (Sales, Support, Development, Administration, Executive Management) to capture internal requirements in a structured way.
Implement and train users on new systems, including permission management, system architecture & process handbook.
Monitor and continuously improve existing tool ecosystems and data flows.
Provide support for operational questions related to tools & processes (e.g., ticketing, CRM usage, data flows).
Requirements
Experience in tool management, digitization, IT-related process optimization or automation.
Solid knowledge of common cloud/SaaS systems (e.g., HubSpot, Jira, Make, Dropbox, SharePoint, Easybill).
Strong understanding of processes and data flows – you recognize patterns, gaps & opportunities.
Analytical mindset, structured way of working and high degree of personal responsibility.
You are a genuine “bridge-builder” between technology, people & process.
Very good German language skills; ideally also good English skills.
