Managing the full bid lifecycle, ensuring bids move smoothly through governance, approvals and internal milestones
Coordinating cross‑functional contributors across Solutions, Finance, Legal, Delivery and SMEs
Driving timelines, managing risks and dependencies, and maintaining momentum in high‑pressure environments
Working closely with Bid Directors and Capture Directors to support the overall win strategy
Ensuring every submission is compliant, compelling and delivered to the highest quality standard
Requirements
Proven experience managing complex, high‑value, multi‑solution bids, ideally within public sector or similarly regulated environments
Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across senior, cross‑functional teams
The ability to operate calmly under pressure, juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
A proactive, delivery‑focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
Experience navigating governance, approvals and structured bid processes
Experience with large‑scale public sector programmes is highly desirable, as is exposure to long‑cycle or high‑TCV opportunities.
