Client Experience Manager, SMB

Role Overview

• Own the end-to-end customer journey for our SMB clients
• Guide customers through their initial rollout and manage support inbox
• Deliver excellent frontline support while helping design support processes
• Ensure customers launch smoothly, adopt key features, and resolve challenges quickly
• Help define and refine automated success sequences for customer experience
• Create simple account plans to track customer goals, key contacts, risks, and growth potential
• Escalate customer feedback to improve product and service
• Provide hospitality-first service in every interaction

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles
• Background in restaurants or hospitality tech is strongly preferred
• Understand restaurant operations and align Slang’s value with business goals
• Clear and concise communication in both written and verbal forms
• Manage your book of business with attention to detail
• Comfortable in a fast-changing environment and open to feedback
• Preferred: Experience with restaurant operations, phone systems, or reservation platforms is a plus.
