Manages specific programs or processes for client groups which include but are not limited to leadership development programs, international assignments, etc.
Administers Avient's HR policies, programs and procedures for the employees in assigned client groups. These include salary and wage administration, health and welfare benefits inquiries, retirement plan inquiries, recruitment, HR information systems, payroll/time and attendance recording, organizational development and training plans.
Partners with the recruiting team and the business unit to staff and hire non-exempt, exempt, and executive level business unit positions.
Ensures that Avient reward and recognition programs are utilized.
Coordinates on-boarding activities for business unit hires.
Develops hiring requisitions for client group positions.
Partners directly with managers and senior leaders to address employee issues, guide performance management initiatives, and develop high potential employees.
Develops fundamental knowledge of business units, including customers, competitors, products, markets and key business metrics.
Gains exposure to manufacturing environments through regular visits to business unit plants.
Special projects as requested.
Requirements
Min Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
7+ years in HR roles, preferably in production companies, experience in HR department of shared service organization is an advantage
Experience in recruitment for different white collar positions
Fluent Polish and English, Hungarian would be an advantage
Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and HR policies
