Lead strategic and business transformation initiatives across the Bank from initial idea development through execution and delivery
Collaborate with functional leaders and business owners to ensure alignment of transformation initiatives with the Bank’s strategic priorities and operational needs
Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and innovation through comprehensive market research and internal analysis, and propose well-structured, actionable initiatives that address organizational challenges and drive value
Manage and oversee transformation projects, ensuring effective planning, cross-functional coordination, risk management, and timely execution of project deliverables
Develop robust business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and impact assessments to support informed decision-making for proposed initiatives
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of strategic and transformation initiatives and recommend improvements as needed.
Requirements
MBA or MSc in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, or innovation roles in the Financial Services industry
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong critical and creative thinking
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Creative problem-solver with a passion for innovation and design thinking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
