Participate in the preparation and execution of performance test campaigns on a Java/Web application
Contribute to the setup and evolution of performance testing tooling, in particular for the UI layer
Analyze test results and produce clear, structured, and detailed analysis reports
Use metrics from monitoring and observability tools to understand performance behavior
Perform initial analyses and first-level investigations in case of performance degradations
Work in collaboration with project teams: developers, software architects, DevOps, and performance experts
Learn and understand all components of a large-scale Java/Web development project

Final-year engineering or Master’s student (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems, or equivalent)
Familiarity with performance testing tools (ideally Gatling and/or LoadRunner and/or Locust)
Development skills in Java and Python
Experience with or knowledge of containerized environments: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
Knowledge of Grafana and Elasticsearch, with the ability to use these tools to integrate and analyze metrics in reports
Database skills: writing queries, creating datasets
Analytical mindset and ability to write clear, structured analysis reports
Ability to carry out first-level investigations in case of performance issues
Strong teamwork skills
