You will help shape the first touchpoint of our customers’ journey — connecting with production and maintenance teams, understanding their operational challenges, and positioning our solution as the foundation for smarter, more efficient maintenance processes.

0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or Lead Generation in a B2B & SaaS environment
exposure to Maintenance, industrial, or service-related environments is an advantage.
Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is a plus.
Strong communication skills, active listening abilities, and meticulous attention to detail in all follow-up communications.
Manage multiple conversations simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to maximize efficiency.
Maintain a customer-centric approach, always striving to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Possess a growth-oriented mindset, constantly seeking opportunities for personal and professional development.

Fluency in English and Dutch (C1 level) is required.
