Emerging Tech is a leading provider of innovative IT and digital transformation solutions supporting federal agencies. They are seeking a Change Management Project Manager to support the Electronic Health Record Modernization program for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, overseeing project activities and deliverables while ensuring stakeholder coordination and change management capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Support the EUEA Change Management team in execution of program activities, events, and deliverables
- Track site activities, action items, risks, and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
- Manage and monitor project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders
- Develop and maintain change management artifacts including decks, briefs, agendas, meeting minutes, and talking points
- Analyze change management content to identify key insights, risks, and follow-up actions
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress of CM initiatives
- Proactively manage project execution to maintain schedule, quality, and performance targets
- Support program reporting and executive-level briefings
Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional work experience
- Experience managing IT-related projects
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle and project management methodologies
- Experience tracking cost, schedule, and performance metrics
- Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or related discipline OR additional 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Experience supporting the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs
- Experience supporting Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) or similar healthcare IT programs
- Experience in change management, user adoption, or communications within large-scale IT transformations
- Familiarity with change management frameworks and stakeholder engagement strategies
