About this role
Role Overview
- Improve and develop forecasting process, 1 month to 5 years horizon as well as do the forecast reporting for the region
- Monitor and track forecasting accuracy on short term as well as medium term, and contribute to improvement of the same
- Maintain and improve the sales process and tools
- Monitor and pursue system data quality, and contribute to improvement of the same
- Prepare Gate governance meetings (internal steps of maturing a project)
- CRM contact
- the one to turn to when issues or questions on our CRM system (SAP Cloud for Customer and soon Salesforce)
- Train new employees on the CRM platform
Requirements
- Master's degree in engineering, business, economics or similar
- Relevant work experience from sales or commercial positions is beneficial
- Forecasting experience
- Fluency in written and verbal English
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- CRM familiar
