experience in a related managerial role, preferably within the logistics sector
knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and experience leading large-scale improvement and innovation projects
analytical skills that allow you to identify bottlenecks and formulate effective solutions or process improvements
proficiency in both Dutch (B1 level) and English
