Role Overview
- Plan, create, and publish social media content approximately 3 times per week per brand
- Edit and repurpose existing content into engaging posts across platforms
- Design graphics aligned with each brand’s identity
- Perform hashtag research and optimize content reach
- Manage full community engagement, including:
- Responding to comments
- Managing direct messages (especially Facebook messages)
- Handling responses to ad comments and inquiries
- Create and edit video content using provided materials
- Ensure all content is authentic, high-quality, and non-generic
- Collaborate with the client to align content with brand voice and strategy
- Monitor engagement and suggest improvements to content performance
- Maintain consistency across multiple brands while adapting tone and style accordingly
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (preferably Senior level)
- Strong portfolio showcasing content creation, graphic design, and social media campaigns
- Demonstrated experience working with Australian or American brands
- Strong video editing skills (short-form content, reels, promotional edits)
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
- Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on authentic, human-centered content
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Experience in community management and customer interaction
- Ability to manage multiple brands and workflows independently
- Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Experience handling multi-brand accounts simultaneously
- Background in eCommerce, apparel printing, or beauty industries
- Familiarity with paid ads engagement (comment moderation, response handling)
- Strategic input on content direction and growth
