Sales Employee – Marketing Agency

Role Overview

• Telephone follow-up of leads already contacted by email
• Telephone follow-up of inbound leads
• Telephone follow-up of our existing contacts
• Telephone cold calling of potential new customers
• Planning as well as preparation and follow-up of appointments (by email & phone)
• Maintenance and monitoring of our CRM system

Requirements

• Extensive sales experience (including cold calling) is essential
• Sales experience in a marketing agency is an advantage
• You have no problem stepping out of your comfort zone and are self-confident
• You are motivated to reach targets, increase commissions and push yourself
• You should be strong in communication, quick-witted and articulate
• You are ambitious, willing to learn and goal-oriented
• Working independently and taking responsibility comes easily to you
• You work reliably and respond quickly to inquiries
• You have perfect German language skills, both spoken and written.
