Role Overview
Deliver outstanding customer support via emails
Build strong and lasting customer relationships
Keep up with evolving tools and technology
Handle sensitive customer data with care and security

Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI
Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (C1 for both spoken and written)
At least 1 year experience in customer support role
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality support
Experience with Zendesk
Ability to work independently while following established procedures and service expectations
Positive, proactive and responsible attitude
Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Access to an Android or Apple device (for account sign-in)
Backup power supply to ensure uninterrupted work
