Role Overview

• OPERATIONAL SUPPORT – You work closely with project management to ensure projects run smoothly from an administrative and organizational perspective.
• BRING STRUCTURE TO PROCESSES – You work through tasks systematically using checklists and make sure no step is overlooked.
• DEADLINES AND ADMINISTRATION – You monitor deadlines, documents, and administrative steps so projects are implemented smoothly.
• COORDINATION – You act as the interface between project management, clients, and partners, ensuring clear communication.
• PROBLEM-SOLVING – If something gets stuck, you follow up until a proper solution is found.
