Support client implementations through accurate and timely technical and operational execution
Configure systems, manage data, and ensure implementation requirements are met
Partner with Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams to support delivery and resolve issues
Troubleshoot internal issues and investigate discrepancies that impact implementation workflows
Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements that support scale and efficiency

2+ years of experience in operations, product operations, client operations, or a related role
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with systems and data
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional partners
