About this role

Manage the product backlog by writing clear user stories and prioritizing requests according to business value.
Elicit and detail functional requirements in partnership with stakeholders.
Lead discovery activities, including market research, competitive analysis and collecting user feedback.
Monitor product performance metrics and support data-driven decision making.
Collaborate with engineering, design and marketing teams to ensure alignment between product vision and technical execution.
Oversee QA and beta testing, validate deliveries and support the launch of new features.

Analytical ability to formulate hypotheses, interpret data and support product decisions.
Strong communication skills to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Basic knowledge of software development and an understanding of business objectives.
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Experience in the retail sector.
Experience with agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Knowledge of IT and/or product governance.
Familiarity with LGPD and data privacy.
