Analyze and interpret HR data and key figures through impactful visualization in PowerBI
Collaborate on enhancing the visibility and functionality of the recently introduced HR Analytics App
Conduct data analyses and evaluations to assist in the creation, optimization, and maintenance of PowerBI dashboards
Support the rollout and communication strategies of new dashboard go-live events
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and provide key metrics needed within respective PowerBI dashboards
Contribute to project tasks involving data sorting, tool testing, and KPI evaluations
Prepare presentation materials, promoting knowledge sharing and user education on dashboard target groups and functionalities
Requirements
You are studying in a field such as economics, social sciences, business administration, or a similar subject, ideally with a focus on business informatics, HR, marketing, or controlling
You possess very good analytical skills with a strong affinity for numbers and data
You have an interest in HR processes and agile working environments
You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
You are a strong communicator, think creatively, and show a high level of commitment, working independently and reliably
You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
Experience with PowerBI is a significant advantage
Familiarity with platforms such as SharePoint, Viva Engage, and Jira is a plus
