Conduct deep analysis of industry trends, competitor moves, regulatory shifts, and customer needs to identify opportunities and risks that shape long‑term strategic direction
Lead development of multi‑year strategic plans, growth roadmaps, and strategic priorities that align with corporate objectives and business-unit needs
Build quantitative and qualitative business cases for new initiatives, investments, partnerships, operational improvements, and M&A opportunities
Partner with product, finance, operations, R&D, and regional teams to ensure alignment on strategy, challenge assumptions, and drive cohesive execution
Prepare board-level presentations, synthesize insights into clear recommendations, and support decision-making through scenario modeling and strategic options
Requirements
Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics and Modeling
More than 5 years of experience in related roles
Experience in developing, executing, and monitoring business strategies and initiatives
Proficiency in business intelligence tools, market research methodologies, and data analysis software
Familiarity with strategic planning frameworks and business development tools
Proven ability to build and maintain professional networks and partnerships with key market stakeholders
Willingness to travel is required (25%)
