Preparation, implementation/description for implementation, support and interpretation of functional budget planning, controlling, calculation and internal + external charging processes as well as their usage in Group IT
and for IT Charging in addition also for customers outside Group IT consuming IT Products / IT Business Services
Monitoring and analysis of deviations from the agreed Group IT budgets as well as the relief of total Group IT costs
Derivation of recommendations for action and preparation of reports for decision-making parties for different target groups
Creation of regular evaluations within the matrix organization of Group IT (e.g. costs, investments, FTE, deviations, budgets, IT Product Costs/ Calculations and their compositions)
Support of Group IT with procedural knowledge regarding ITFM processes and operational support of all IT financial processes
Perform tasks as instructed by management that correspond to the nature of the position or arise from operational necessities.

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in IT organizations in an internationally operating company with profound IT financial process knowledge as well as on related financial solutions
Good business management knowledge as well as good knowledge of IT financial processes
Knowledge of and benefit from applying agile frameworks in the respective specialist area
Strong communication skills, assertiveness, willingness to change and own initiative in proposing process optimizations in the own work environment based on independent work style
Confident and competent manner, high reliability and willingness to perform.
