About this role
Role Overview
Be the point of contact for managers and employees in all HR-related matters
Manage and ensure high-quality HR operation services
Offer specialized knowledge and advice on a wide range of HR topics
Steer and execute all HR processes (e.g. Recruiting, Compensation planning, Employee Engagement)
Implement the company's People Strategy and roll out HR systems and tools
Act as active change agent supporting transformation processes
Implement organizational development measures
Proactively manage and mitigate legal and compliance risks to ensure organizational integrity
Foster positive relationships among stakeholders and address potential conflicts constructively
Support the global HR business partner in projects
Requirements
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or comparable qualification
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in the industrial sector
State-of-the-art HR knowledge
Sound knowledge of labor law and experience with employee representatives
Good MS Office skills
SAP
and payroll knowledge is an advantage
Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English. German is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Proactive, solution-oriented thinking and working as well as structured working methods
