Tracking and following up on key deliverables and strategic action items to ensure timely completion.
Serving as a primary link between the Site Manager and cross-functional teams to drive execution of priorities.
Building and maintaining dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs related to site operations, events, and budget adherence.
Analyzing operational and community engagement data, translating insights into clear recommendations for leadership.
Designing and leading community engagement strategy and CSR initiatives, managing volunteering and NGO partnerships.
Planning and executing large-scale events, site visits, and communications, managing its logistics and budgets.
Overseeing internal and external communication channels.
Leading recognition programs and team-building activities to foster positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Completed studies in Communication, CSR, Business Administration, or related fields.
Fluency in both Polish and English, with a minimum of C1 level proficiency.
Proven experience in a similar position.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing community engagement and/or CSR strategies.
Solid data analysis skills including advanced Excel and dashboard/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional public speaking skills, capable of connecting with diverse audiences.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands efficiently.
A strong can‑do approach with a solution‐oriented mindset.
