Serve as the main point of contact for client engagements and communications
Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables across internal teams
Schedule and moderate conference calls and virtual meetings
Collect, organize, and distribute client data and project materials
Draft and edit reports, presentations, and client-facing documents
Support consultants with client communication, scheduling, and project updates
Maintain and update templates, documentation, and website content
Provide administrative support to executive leadership as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or related field
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Excellent organization, multitasking, and prioritization abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with web editing tools a plus
Experience in project coordination or administrative support
Preferred: Experience in healthcare or hospital environments
Familiarity with medical terminology
