Evaluation and approval of new growth avenues, including new businesses, new geographies, or new products and services — covering M&A, greenfield projects, or startup investments — through analyses, research, synergy assessment, evaluation of strategic value and risks, assessment of potential partners, and development of financial models to enable investments that secure Ipiranga's growth, resilience, sustainability, and longevity.
Financial Modeling and Valuation: preparation of financial feasibility analyses for the company's strategic projects and valuation of target companies.
Business Cases and Investment Theses: preparation of structured presentations and investment theses for Investment Committees and executive leadership, focusing on financial return, risks, and strategic alignment.
Due Diligence Support: coordination support for due diligence processes in partnership with internal teams and external advisors, ensuring data integrity and risk mitigation.
Investment Management: monitoring the financial performance of completed investments and comparing actual results against the Business Plan.

Experience with valuation (DCF), financial modeling (NPV, IRR, payback), and mergers & acquisitions processes — preferably in an M&A team at a large company, an investment bank, or a strategic/financial consulting firm.
Soft skills: adaptability, resilience, critical thinking, strong communication, analytical mindset, and teamwork.
Knowledge of corporate finance, financial feasibility models (NPV, IRR, payback), and understanding of financial statements; advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
