Responsible for timely aggregation of Products North American financial reporting supporting the VP of FP&A and in partnership with Corporate FP&A and ensures accuracy of financial statements; maintain the close calendar; support presentation material.
Works in close collaboration with Executive Leadership, Commercial Finance, Marketing, Operations, Corporate FP&A, & Accounting, including Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly forecast cycles; Annual budget process.
Supports category business owners & provides cross-functional support through reporting of Operational Expenses, including but not limited to headcount management, project tracking, Monthly & Quarterly financial reporting, and Annual budget ownership.
Routinely communicates operational expenses to business partners (historical and forecasted), records of risk / opportunities, update forecasts/budgets, and ensures financial alignment.
Works closely with the accounting team to ensure all aspects of the financial close process are orderly and contributes toward the accuracy of the financial results as reported in the company financial statements.

Requirements
Four-year undergraduate degree required. Preferable in finance, accounting, business, or similar.
MBA highly preferred.
3-5 years of related FP&A experience, including a position of similar scope and impact.
FP&A experience in consolidations and operational expense management, including business partnership with senior executive leadership, is highly preferred.
Healthcare distribution and/or manufacturing experience is desirable.
Ability to travel, up to 10% of the time.
Highly analytical & personable with strong written & verbal communication skills – able to communicate financial concepts to non-financial audiences-strong attention to detail.
Must have proven corporate financial analysis skills and experience with Hyperion Planning & Essbase financial systems.
Expert knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and implement complex financial projects.
Strong ability and experience managing and performing multiple concurrent tasks.
