Customer Care Specialist

Role Overview

• Deliver exceptional customer service as the primary liaison between Malvern Panalytical and customers
• Coordinate service needs and guide customers to timely solutions
• Ensure every interaction reflects high standards of professionalism and care
• Support customers in both English and French and ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with a fast-paced team environment to problem-solve

Requirements

• Are fluent in both English and French —spoken and written
• Bring 3–5 years of customer service or administrative experience
• Have experience working in a structured or ISO-regulated environment (preferred)
• Are comfortable using systems like Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Office
• Communicate clearly, courteously, and professionally
• Manage multiple priorities with strong organization and attention to detail
• Enjoy solving problems and can escalate issues appropriately
• Thrive in a collaborative team environment and adapt quickly to change
