About this role
Role Overview
Deliver exceptional customer service as the primary liaison between Malvern Panalytical and customers
Coordinate service needs and guide customers to timely solutions
Ensure every interaction reflects high standards of professionalism and care
Support customers in both English and French and ensure satisfaction
Collaborate with a fast-paced team environment to problem-solve
Requirements
Are fluent in both English and French —spoken and written
Bring 3–5 years of customer service or administrative experience
Have experience working in a structured or ISO-regulated environment (preferred)
Are comfortable using systems like Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Office
Communicate clearly, courteously, and professionally
Manage multiple priorities with strong organization and attention to detail
Enjoy solving problems and can escalate issues appropriately
Thrive in a collaborative team environment and adapt quickly to change
