Role Overview
- Manage VDI environments and virtualized applications;
- Manage farms, pools, and templates;
- Publish applications and manage images;
- Perform N2/N3-level troubleshooting;
- Manage cloud resources;
- Monitor capacity and performance of environments;
- Manage access controls and security policies;
- Support continuous improvement and environment optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience with: VMware Horizon, VMware Horizon Cloud
- Operating systems: Windows, Linux (CentOS, RedHat)
- Cloud: Microsoft Azure (virtual machines)
- Basic automation knowledge: PowerShell or Ansible
- Knowledge of: Networking, Storage, Active Directory
