Administrative Analyst – Public Institutions

Role Overview

• Organize, monitor, and ensure compliance with deadlines and requirements that arise after the bidding phase
• Actively monitor chats with public procurement officers (pregoeiros) and the public procurement platforms used by the company
• Monitor bidding platforms related to Positivo's solutions on a daily basis
• Ensure responsive handling of deadlines and requests issued during public sessions
• Record and organize the outcomes and follow-ups of procurement processes
• Ensure compliance with current legislation and with the requirements of tender notices
• Provide administrative support to the Proposals and Projects Management team for routines related to public tenders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Management, or Law
• Experience in administrative routines related to public procurement
• Proven experience monitoring electronic auctions (pregões eletrônicos)
• Knowledge of applicable legislation: Law No. 14.133/2021, Law No. 13.303/2016, and complementary public procurement regulations
• Experience using electronic procurement platforms (e.g., compras.gov.br, Licitações-e, among others)
• Familiarity with the documentary and administrative workflow of procurements related to technology solutions, preferably aligned with Positivo's portfolio
