About this role
Role Overview
Defining and evolving the global talent development strategy aligned to business priorities
Translating long-term strategy into multi-year leadership capability roadmaps
Partnering with Leadership and People & Culture to align talent priorities to business outcomes
Stewarding the Arc’teryx Leadership Code
Designing and overseeing development frameworks across all levels
Building scalable learning journeys and signature programs
Ensuring clear leadership expectations at each level
Embedding change leadership and resilience capabilities
Designing accelerated experiences, in partnership with Talent Management lead
Partnering with business leaders to create experiential development opportunities
Overseeing global leadership programs, digital learning platforms, and learning vendors
Ensuring memorable, high-impact learner experiences
Aligning retail, corporate, and functional development approaches
Measuring program effectiveness
Providing coaching / assessment debriefs to leaders
Leading and developing your team
Fostering an environment of collaboration, continuous learning, and evolution
Leading through the Arc’teryx Leadership Code
Building strength in relationships throughout the Arc’teryx organization
Requirements
8+ years of progressive experience in leadership development
Deep understanding of talent and leadership development
Proven experience in building globally scalable programming
Experience in a global, matrixed organization
Ability to build strong relationships and partner effectively with all levels of the organization
Ability to see the big picture, translate it into tactical plans, and operationalize with excellence
Knowledge of HRIS and talent management technologies a plus
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, I/O Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree a plus.
